Awards for CTGlab members
Philip Jansen, Kyoko Watanabe and Danielle Posthuma from CNCR/CTGlab all received awards this week!
Philip Jansen received the Best Poster Award at the annual Amsterdam Neuroscience meeting, Oct 13 2017, Amsterdam for the Complex Trait Genetics program:
“The poster we selected did not only stand out because of the unprecedented sample size (>1.3 million human participants!) but also because of the fresh lay-out, modern presentation of the data, and the enthusiastic and well-substantiated further elucidation by the author.”
Kyoko Watanabe received the award for best Early Career Investigator Oral Presentation from the International Society of Psychiatric Genetics, awarded at the World Congress of Psychiatric Genetics 2017 in Orlando, Florida.
Danielle Posthuma received the Richard Todd Award from the International Society of Psychiatric Genetics for an outstanding contribution to the genetics of child psychiatry, presented at the World Congress of Psychiatric Genetics 2017 in Orlando, Florida.
